Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional business development, account management, and contractor outreach for specialized flooring tools, surface preparation equipment, and Tape Caddy systems.
- Build and maintain key partnerships with stocking retail supply houses, regional distributors, and commercial painting/flooring contractors.
- Provide expert guidance on job-site applications across painting, surface preparation, and flooring installations.
- Coordinate territory sales initiatives, distributor onboarding, and product demonstration events.
- Manage regional account pipelines and ensure CRM data integrity using HighLevel CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong background and hands-on expertise in the painting and flooring industries.
- Experience with epoxy and specialized floor coatings is preferred (plus).
- Proven track record in regional account management, trade sales, or distributor relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.
Administrative Assistant / Operations Admin

Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant / Operations Admin provides essential operational, administrative, and customer service support across company facilities in Naples, FL, and San Dimas, CA. This position supports sales enablement, CRM management, customer order intake, and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration, order intake routing, customer service inquiries, and record maintenance.
- Maintain and update client databases, lead pipelines, and contact entries within HighLevel CRM and Shopify.
- Assist with social media post scheduling, review monitoring, and local digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, distributor forms, credit applications, and W-9 filings.
- Provide administrative backing to regional management and operational leadership teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer operations, or office management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HighLevel), e-commerce portals (Shopify), and standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Logistics Specialist & 3D Machine Operator

Shifts: Day & Night shifts available (24-hour production schedule). Compensation: Pay based on experience.
Role Overview
The Logistics Specialist & 3D Machine Operator manages warehouse order fulfillment while running and monitoring localized 3D printing equipment dedicated to manufacturing Tape Caddy products and components. Night shifts are available to support continuous 24-hour manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship fulfillment for individual, contractor, bulk, and distributor orders.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain 3D printing machinery to ensure continuous production efficiency and output quality.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials (filament), printed parts, metal components, and assembled tool items.
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), master carton packaging, and tracking documentation.
- Maintain facility organization, stock inventories, and workplace safety standards across production shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, order picking, or order fulfillment.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting 3D printing machinery or production equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy tool shipments and work flexible hours, including night shifts.

Independent Sales Representative (1099)

Role Overview
The 1099 Independent Sales Representative is responsible for driving direct, wholesale, and distributor sales for Liberty Tool Company products, including Tape Caddy organizational systems, specialized trowels, broadcast straps, and surface preparation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close commercial accounts, independent stocking supply stores, paint stores, and floor coating contractors.
- Establish stocking distributor relationships and promote new product line expansions within assigned sales territories.
- Conduct live product demonstrations at contractor job sites, trade expos, and distributor events.
- Log leads, document communication, and manage sales opportunities through HighLevel CRM.
- Coordinate custom wholesale or enterprise orders with company operations leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven success as an independent 1099 sales contractor in industrial supply, construction hand tools, paint/coatings, or commercial flooring.
- Strong network of contractor, supply house, or distributor contacts in the construction/coating industry.
- Self-motivated closer with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales workflows.
Marketing Director (Content, Daily Ad Management & Social Media)

Role Overview
The Marketing Director will oversee brand messaging, content strategy, daily paid advertising campaigns, and social media operations across Liberty Tool Company and The Tape Caddy platforms. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across trade, distributor, e-commerce, and contractor audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily performance ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, social ads), continuously optimizing budgets, creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign ROI.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including product copy, demonstration videos, campaign assets, and educational trade materials.
- Lead organic social media operations, managing content creation, publishing schedules, community interaction, and growth across all official channels.
- Monitor digital analytics, ad performance metrics, and conversion funnels to refine performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial distributor outreach and trade show events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in digital marketing leadership, digital ad management, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Hands-on expertise running paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography/video editing, copywriting, and visual branding for commercial tools and equipment.
- Analytical mindset proficient in digital metrics, campaign tracking, and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization.
